The VSS explosion-proof barrier material is a multi-wall compartmentalized spherical structure with a thin-walled skeleton, synthesized from polymer resin matrix and composite fibers. It effectively suppresses rapid flame propagation and instantaneous energy release by leveraging thermal conduction and wall effects to disrupt combustion conditions, thereby completely preventing explosions. The material even supports oil-welded repairs, significantly reducing disaster losses. Its flowable design enables quick and easy filling, allowing automated installation, cleaning, and removal. This explosion-proof material not only exhibits excellent chemical stability and ease of installation but also boasts high strength and reliability, with minimal damage and a lifespan matching that of the tank.

The product has undergone repeated testing and passed 16 rigorous tests, including armor-piercing incendiary bomb impact tests, 30mm anti-explosion incendiary bomb dynamic explosion tests, static explosion tests, 40mm armor-piercing warhead jet performance tests, and 1500℃ high-temperature baking and combustion tests, achieving extremely high standards. It has passed the authoritative testing and certification by the China National Civil Explosives Quality Supervision and Inspection Center.
